Design Interiors of an apartment up to 40m2
This subject is the right to use the interior design service for the premises with a total area of cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_up to 40m2, calculated along the floor. This project can be made interchangeably for up to two rooms with an area of up to 40m2, which are located in a larger apartment.
The right to implement the project is vested in the person from whose account the payment was made and is herein referred to as the Buyer. The buyer, if he so wishes, has the right, within 3 days of purchase, to provide us with information to whom he transfers the right to implement the project. This information must be sent by the Buyer in the form of an e-mail or letter (to the office address, with acknowledgment of receipt) along with the data of this person (name, surname, contact telephone number, e-mail address).
When making a purchase, in the basket, enter the telephone number and e-mail address to which our employee will contact you within a week in order to set the initial date for starting the project.
Buyer has 365 days to agree to start work on the project_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d. If Buyer fails to do so, this right expires and project costs are non-refundable. Arranging the commencement of work on the project is understood as conducting an interview with the Buyer and making an inventory of the premises (or providing the Designer with projections that will be the basis for the project).
The final result of the project is the design documentation in the form of a file PDF, which includes: a functional and spatial projection of the apartment with arrangement arrangement, selection of finishing materials for floors, walls and ceilings, doors, custom-made furniture projections, electrical diagram, hydraulic diagram, selection of lamps, specification of the names of the materials used, visualization of one kitchen and one bathroom (if any), free-standing furniture and decoration elements, a video file with a walk around the interior (if such an option was purchased). The documentation will be sent to the Customer in the form of a PDF file and/or will be sent to the Buyer in paper version to the address indicated.
The interior design is an individual work of the Designer, but the Designer prepares the project taking into account the needs and comments of the Buyer, which are written down before the start of work in the form of an interview conducted in person or on-line and summarized in the form of a PDF file sent to the Buyer's email address. The buyer has the right to one interview and one correction of the interview summary sent in a PDF file, within 5 days of its sending. Comments sent after this time will not be considered.
The design of the premises/rooms is made on the basis of the records provided to the designer or on the basis of a personally conducted inventory of the premises to which the buyer is obliged to let the Designer in.
The interior designer prepares the project based on the collected knowledge about the premises. However, due to the fact that some important elements may be impossible to check at the design stage, the design assumptions must be verified on an ongoing basis during the project implementation by the Site Manager. Any changes to the design, made at the request of the Buyer by the Designer, at the implementation stage, are subject to an additional fee of PLN 300 gross for each hour of the Designer's work.
Implementation of the interior design should be carried out under the supervision of a person with valid building qualifications.
The interior design is not the equivalent of industry projects in the field of all installations, constructions and architecture.
For some works specified in the design, it may be necessary to obtain a building permit or submit a notification to the relevant office, the execution of this jest beyond the scope of the project author and rests with the property owner.
